What can I expect from a drop-in class?

Drop-in classes and workshops each have their own theme, but most involve some gentle stretching to prepare, a guided meditation and a discussion period. Participation in discussion is entirely optional and mindful listening is encouraged. Students can choose to sit, lie down or stand for meditations.

What should I wear? Is there anything I should bring with me?

Wear something that it is comfortable for you to breathe in. If you're wearing professional or form-fitting attire and need to undo a button, no judgment here. Chairs, meditation cushions, yoga mats and water are all available at the studio.

What if I'm late or need to leave early?

There is a 3 minute grace period at the beginning of each class. Once the door is closed, no additional participants are admitted. Participants are free to leave at any time.

Can I bring my child to a drop-in class?

All of the drop-in sessions are for participants 17 years and older. There will be specialty series for children, teens and caregivers/babies. Please subscribe to the monthly newsletter for updates on programming.
