This class begins with a series of gentle flowing yoga postures to open the body and begin to calm the mind followed by a guided mindfulness mediation practice. Soothing music and candlelight provide a relaxing environment from which students can begin to build strength, stillness and the ability to live more fully in the present.  This is a gentle class suitable for all levels of experience. Teacher: Trish Sullivan
