Self-Compassion

Practice treating yourself like a good friend, particularly in the face of difficult emotions. Research has shown that self-compassion greatly enhances emotional wellbeing, boosts happiness, reduces anxiety and depression, and can even help maintain healthy lifestyle habits such as diet and exercise. Suited to those with some experience, but all are welcome.
