No matter where the mind is, the body is always in the present moment. This body scan meditation is an investigation into the moment-to-moment experiences of the body. By bringing a loving awareness to whatever you feel or sense in the body, the body scan can be very helpful in working with stress, anxiety, and physical pain. Suited to those with some experience but all are welcome.
