Move Breathe Love

This session is designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and heart. The class begins with some  mindful movements to stretch and relax the body and then transitions to a meditation on the breath to calm the mind. The final loving-kindness practice supports you in maintaining an open heart throughout the day. Suited to those with some experience, but all are welcome.
