Move, Breathe, Love with Intention Setting

This session is designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and heart. The class begins with some gentle mindful movements to relax the body and then transitions to a meditation on the breath to calm the mind. The following loving-kindness practice supports you in maintaining an open heart throughout the day. The session will close with some intention setting for the New Year.
