Move, Breathe, Love

This session is designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and heart. The class begins with some gentle mindful movements to relax the body and then transitions to a meditation on the breath to calm the mind. The final loving-kindness practice supports you in maintaining an open heart throughout the day. Suited to those with some experience, but all are welcome.
