Cultivate the health benefits of mindfulness with your child in a fun, hands-on, musical way! Learn simple, easy-to-remember techniques for reducing stress. Enjoy meaningful, quality time connecting with your child, within a supportive community. This is a 6-week program with a 1hr class each week. One caregiver/family for each class—parents are welcome to take turns attending.
