Yoga for Anxiety: 4-Week Course (Nov.28- Dec.19)

In this 4 week series, students will experience a range of yoga postures, breath and mindfulness practices specifically designed to ease stress and anxiety.  Each class will include a short educational component, a yoga practice as well as time for questions and discussion.  Over the course of the 4 week workshop students will gain the tools and experience to customize their own home practice.

$150 (HST included)
